Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 105(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. The Speaker lifted the call of the House. There being no objection to the motion, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Ulmer: Page 2, lines 27 - 28: Delete "[THIS CHAPTER] shall pay a penalty of $100" Insert "is guilty of a violation [THIS CHAPTER SHALL PAY A PENALTY OF $100]" Page 2, line 29: Delete "class B" Insert "class A" Page 6, line 8: Delete "class B" Insert "class A" Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn.
